Museless was born in 2016 as the alter ego of Laura Llopart. She is a sound artist and performer who turns electronic music into an emotional, bodily, and ever-changing terrain. Since its inception, Museless has been a laboratory of sound and inquiry for Laura — a way to traverse identities through vulnerability and stage presence.
After performing at festivals such as Sónar, Primavera Sound, SXSW (Austin), and even Burning Man, Museless now enters a new phase: rawer, more embodied. She no longer looks outward, but into the cracks. Her sound speaks to what unsettles, what transforms or longs to change, what cannot be expressed without the body.
Her current project, Microestats, is a five-phase stage piece that explores internal states of transformation. It premiered at L’A Cultural in 2024 as an emotional, sensorial, and symbolic journey where music, body, and visuals converse in real time. Microestats is not a static work — it is a living process. In 2025, it will evolve again, unfolding like a game of fractured mirrors and reflections seeking themselves in the dance of change. In this soul laboratory — this life laboratory — that is L’A Cultural, where every encounter feels like home, this ever-mutating journey will find its most honest echo, accompanied by family, old friends, and those yet to come.
Museless does not repeat herself. She breathes with whatever is in transit.
